Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class (under 14 Ounces) or Priority Mail(over 13 Ounces) within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. According to the USPS all First Class and Priority Mail have 2 to 3 days delivery time. Federal Express Air or Ground. UPS Groud.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- Prompt exchange or refund will be made when items are returned to us unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All exchanges, refunds and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Any losses must be reported within 15 days of order date.
- Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part.
- Embroidered, silk screened, digitized or imprinted CAN NOT be returned.
